General Tso Seitan

Description

Seitan cubes pan fried in General Tso sauces served with Broccoli and Rice.

Instructions

Start the rice (takes roughly 20 minutes to cook). Open and strain the Seitan cubes. Start the broccoli (takes 5 minutes). Heat up some sauce in a pan, then toss in the cubes to coat and warm the Seitan. Serve. *Nutrition below is only for the general tso Seitan.

Extraordinary Protein Source! Easy to make/low effort. Low calorie and low fat. Sauce was a little spicy, I think the flavors needed something more, but I am eager to try other sauces with the cubed Seitan. Used 4 packages of Seitan, could try 3 next time. Each package was ~$5.
